It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to do it
Developing a website is like cooking seventeen three-course dinners at once. And while we can and will deliver you the best quality, we also feel it is important to keep you in the loop. Accordingly, the first stage in Zenithpro's web development procedure is conversation.
We begin by discussing exactly what is you looking for. We want to know what you feel is important to have on your site, the styles you have in mind, the functionalities and features that your business requires of its website, and any other specifications you have for us.
Based on these, we then analyze the possibilities that arise from your requirements. This is an exciting part, full of visualization and imagination. What colors do you like? What kinds of navigation links would you like to have? Do you want to have a homepage? What about your products? We will collaborate so that at the end of this stage we have all the information we need to begin our work.
Before beginning the next step, however, we will give you a virtual framework. This is much like a site map and will show you the different elements of the site and allow you to track its development at every stage.
Now we fill in the lines with some color
Now the real work begins. You will advise us on the content of your soon-to-be website, which our trained content writers will produce for you. A lot of planning goes into this phase, and your virtual framework will get a real work-out. At this point most of the changes will start to materialize.
The next part involves creating a base design for the site. This will include all the pages, and their respective design and content. As soon as it’s done, we will show you the base design. Not so happy about the size of that sidebar? Do you want the color scheme tweaked? If you want anything re-worked—from the most miniscule changes to substantial overhauls—we will be happy to oblige. We will only proceed onto the next stage once you are completely and utterly satisfied.
The approved base design will serve as a guide for the rest of the site’s development, but we will continue to consult you on each step of the way. You will also have access to the site through our testing server, so that you can monitor the progress as it is being made.
Once you are happy with the website’s design, we will convert and build your pages using HTML—so that your content can be intelligibly published on the Internet—and CSS—so that the various font faces, styles and colors are consistent.

Just a quick once-over to make sure we got it exactly right…
The process may seem finished, and indeed for some it would be. But we want to ensure that your new site is functional as well as aesthetically satisfying. You will play an important role in this testing phase, as we monitor and remove any errors on the site. We will also assess cross-browser functionality, readiness for search engines, link and programming functionalities, language, spelling and so forth.
Once the testing phase is complete, all the website files and scripts will be copied to your domain. We will give you all your website files in a zipped archive, including details of the administrative functions of your host account. Still a little uneasy? It is a shiny, new website, after all. Don’t worry, even when your site has gone live, we will continue to monitor the programming and script functioning to make sure that everything runs smoothly.
